Sowing & Growing
Slide her into the soil from April to July and give her just enough room — about 10 cm apart — to stretch, twist, and show off. She loves rich, well-draining ground and a warm, sunny spot where she can really fill out and flaunt it. Thin her gently and she’ll reward you, swelling fuller, rounder, and far more irresistible under your touch.

Care & Conditions
Keep her teasingly moist — never too much, just enough to keep her satisfied and growing bold. Give her a little attention and she responds beautifully, plumping up, deepening in colour, and becoming almost impossible to ignore. Mulch her well to hold that moisture close; she’s tough, confident, and always ready to give you more than you expected.

Harvesting
Take her when she’s 5–8 cm across — firm, smooth, and begging to be lifted. Ease her out slowly… she’s worth savouring. Store her somewhere cool and dark, and she’ll stay sweet, juicy, and ready whenever you are.
